Emma is our new puppy, our first pet since our cats died over a decade ago and the first baby dog either of us have had dealings with. She is a liver and white English Springer Spaniel, with hazel eyes. Her puppy fuzz is almost gone, along with her INCREDIBLY sharp puppy teeth; she's turning into a handsome teenager with feathering, floppy ears and even bigger teeth (thank-you NYLABONE inventor!!!) Emma lives to move--wiggle, pounce, tunnel, vault and full tilt gallop. Obedience classes have been a big help--she has her owners ALMOST trained. Agility class was her idea of heaven; thanks to her patient teacher and class mates. Whoever coined the phrase "a bored spaniel is a bad spaniel" knew what they were talking about--thanks to Judy, Emma has Mr. Froggy to keep her jaws busy. She's always cute, occassionally naughty and extremely entertaining.

Nipped in the bud!

Yes, we've done our bit to prevent pet overpopulation. Even though Emma is clearly the smartest, prettiest, most amazing dog in the universe, she won't have to worry about hormones and can concentrate full-time on amassing her stolen sock collection.
